Jill E. LeBlanc, PNP
Jill earned her Advanced Practice Provider (APP) degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked in the CICU at Children’s Medical Center Dallas, and was a travel nurse who worked in children’s hospitals across the country. Upon completion of her APP degree, Jill worked at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Children’s National, and Texas Children’s Hospital. Outside of work, Jill serves on the Virtual Care Advisory Panel and HeartGift Advisory Board. Jill’s clinical interests include preoperative optimization, patient/family cardiac surgery education, patient/provider access to care, and virtual care for wound follow up.
Jill chose to specialize in pediatric cardiology because she fell in love with being able to help families in one of the most stressful times of their lives, and her niece was born with the congenital heart defect. Tetralogy of Fallot, so she became even more invested in the population. Jill’s little something extra is that she loves listening to audiobooks, especially with female British narrators!
